I'm not getting reminders

Check Settings → Notifications → Pawly and make sure notifications are allowed. Reminders are sent at 9:00 am the day before and the day of each due date.

How do I restore Pawly Pro?

Open the paywall (tap + when you already have a pet) and tap Restore purchase.

How do I edit or delete a pet?

Open the pet and tap Edit, or swipe left on the pet in the list to delete it.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
